The Wagoner Industrial Park is a
31.77 acre Oklahoma
Certified Industrial Park. The Park
is located at the south
side of Wagoner, close to Highway 69
and 26 miles from
I-40 and I-44. The Park is serviced
by a paved interior road,
electric, water and sanitary service,
provided by the City of
Wagoner. Gas service provided by
Oklahoma Natural Gas
and Telephone service by Valor
Telecommunication.

The certification of an Industrial
Park by the State of
Oklahoma gives the Park owners the
opportunity to
apply for up to $6,000,000 in loans
from the Oklahoma
Linked Deposit Program through the
State Treasurers
office. The Linked Deposit Loan
Program provides
special, low interest loans to
eligible small businesses
located in the Wagoner Industrial
Park.
